Michael was born sometime before 1970, conveniently he can’t recall the exact year.
He works in IT but refuses to discuss it due to disinterest.
So who is he?
Michael is a restless man who values his imagination. It’s his greatest asset yet regrettably, over life’s journey, it has struggled to find a place in the sun.
So what has he been doing all these years?
Michael has worked for many years in various IT related roles without expressing his imagination; to the detriment of his soul it has been submerged and neglected while he pitifully toiled away in a procession of mind numbing, left brain tasks that thwarted any sense of his visions and insights.
So what gets him excited?
When Michael’s mind is encouraged to roam free, his imagination conjures up rich ideas, concepts, parodies, twists and turns through a colourful array of vibrant imagery which serves to illuminate his consciousness.
So with all this thinking, how is he putting it into practical use?
Michael writes highly original screenplays, including a period comedy titled 'Chronicles of a Dungeon Torturer', set against the backdrop of England's dark ages where a sadistic torturer inexplicably falls into a deep depression before fate transforms him into a miraculous healer. However, his newfound benevolence soon draws the ire of the evil Witch Finder General.
Another comedy titled ‘The Mentors’, revolves around two uncouth tradesmen who befriend gay and lesbian mentors in order to transform themselves from disgusting slobs into articulate gentlemen, so they can then attempt to win the hearts of two glamorous catwalk models.
He has also written a unique occult premised sitcom titled ‘Warped’, which focuses on the escapades of a dysfunctional young man who hallucinates and talks to an ornamental gargoyle. ‘Warped’ characters are based on real people set against the parodying of familiar mythological and fantasy based themes.

I have a dream that being trapped in the analytical IT industry will come to an end, enabling me to thrive as a pioneering script writer.
I have a dream that others will share the vision of my ideas, realizing their potential and work with me to forge a path to bring about their inception.
I have a dream that the remaking of old movies will be a thing of the past and instead, my original scripts will be sought after, thus bringing a new wave of cinematic innovation onto the silver screen. Let’s throw away templates and formulas and write fresh screenplays.
I have a dream that one day movies will not be judged by the popularity of their actors but by the content of their characters. I will provide those characters.
I have a dream that my screenplays will be formed into exciting movies that will thrill millions of movie goers throughout the world.
Michael’s Philosophy:
Bring about change with real action. Thinking, brooding and desiring something will not bring you the opportunities. Only self promotion and savvy networking will open the right doors. Think originally and write innovative scripts. One day they will be appreciated and preferred over the assembly line of tired, cliché plots.
Michael’s Key moments:
Working for years doing jobs that do not inspire him, has lead to frustration, boredom and depression. Repeatedly watching the masses converge like sheep to their 9-5 jobs, observing their pained expressions. Michael feels he must now associate work with pleasure, there is no other option. Realising that for some people dreams do come true. Michael will do whatever it takes to live his.
Michael’s Illuminations:
Michael sees unfortunate people in this world suffering greatly, incapacitated, poverty stricken and mentally unsound. So with his health intact and a functional intellect, what is his excuse for inactivity and banality?
You don’t have to look very far to see success stories from all walks of life. Some people have minimal talent combined with maximum audacity. Shameless self promoters can achieve greatness while genuinely talented wall flowers recede into darkness; locking behind the door of opportunity.
Fascinated by the characteristics and idiosyncrasies of people he has observed over the years, they have provided fertile soil to grow vibrant stories.
